Applications for participation in the B. T. Polyak Youth Summer School «Management, Information and Optimization» have been opened. Classes will be held from July 10 to July 15 in Nizhny Novgorod. You can register by following the link until May 10.

There are 55 places in the school. Main study topics:

— Optimal management;

— Discrete and continuous optimization;

— Statistics;

— Machine learning and applications;

— Mathematical modeling.

You can learn more about the schedule on the school's website. The organizers allow your participation only on certain days. In addition, the activity of the school includes a poster session — reports of students, postgraduates and young scientists at the posters. Participation in it is optional, but preference in the selection will be given to contestants who are ready to speak at this session. 

The organizers are MIPT, HSE and the Institute of Artificial Intelligence of Moscow State University. The organizing committee also includes the head of the MMO laboratory, Alexander Gasnikov, who will also be a speaker on the first day of the school. The event is supported by the grant of the RNF 21-71-30005, received by MIPT.
