Roland Hildebrand Spoke at the BRICS+ Open Science Week

On November 15, at Moscow’s Zaryadye Park, within the framework of the BRICS+ Open Science Week, senior researcher Roland Hildebrand delivered a lecture titled “Optimization — How It Emerged and Why We Need It.”

From November 10 to 15, the Science and Education Center “Zapovednoye Posolstvo” at Zaryadye Park is hosting open scientific events dedicated to the World Science Day for Peace and Development for the third time. The BRICS+ Open Science Week is organized as part of the Decade of Science and Technology and the Decade of Childhood.

The key theme of this year’s program is “Your Quantum Universe”, proposed by the International Festival “NAUKA 0+” and aligned with the UN-designated International Year of Quantum Science and Technology.

Throughout the week, scientists from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan are presenting lectures and discussions on current research in ecology, pharmacology, geology, robotics, archaeology, and high-energy physics.
