Alexander Gasnikov spoke at three sessions of AI Journey 2025

On 21 November, the head of the laboratory, Alexander Gasnikov, took part in three events at the international conference AI Journey 2025, one of the largest forums in the field of artificial intelligence. The third day of the conference was dedicated to the theme “AI in Science.”

In the morning, Alexander Gasnikov joined the plenary discussion “Foresight: What AI Will Look Like in 10 Years,” chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko.

Later, he delivered a talk titled “Efficient Algorithms for Solving Saddle-Point Problems” in the Live Studio format.

Participation in a round-table discussion
In the afternoon, Alexander took part in the discussion “Breakthrough Research and Technologies” together with experts from AIRI, HSE University, and Sber.

AI Journey 2025 featured speakers from Russia, India, Brazil, the United States, China, Serbia, and other countries.

The third day of the conference, 21 November, was dedicated to the role of AI in scientific research and included a special youth track, AIJ Junior.
