The head of the laboratory, Alexander Gasnikov, made a plenary report at an open conference at the ISP RAS named after V.P. Ivannikov, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Russian information technologies. The event took place from December 4-5, 2023 in the main building of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow.

Gasnikov's report was devoted to research on decentralized optimization on changing networks, conducted jointly with Kovalev, Rogozin and Metelev. 

The conference was organized by the V.P. Ivannikov Institute of System Programming of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Kurchatov Institute, the Academy of Cryptography of the Russian Federation, the Foundation for Advanced Research, the IEEE International Association and the IEEE Computer Society. The event is supported by the FSTEC of Russia. Representatives of the leadership of the Russian Academy of Sciences, universities, companies, as well as government ministries and departments were invited to participate.
