The third international conference "Transport flows on networks" will be held in Sirius
The third international conference Traffic Flows on Networks (TFN-2025) will be held from May 12 to 16, 2025, at the Sirius International Mathematics Center. Participation with a presentation is by invitation only.
To be considered for inclusion in the conference program, an abstract must be submitted along with the application. Once the application is submitted, it will not be possible to attach an abstract via the system, but it can still be sent by email to the center at: smc@sochisirius.ru.
Invited participants will be provided with accommodation and breakfast at hotels in Sirius by the Sirius International Mathematics Center.
The organizers of the event include Laboratory Head Alexander Gasnikov, Valery Kozlov (Steklov Mathematical Institute RAS), Irina Podlipnova (Sirius University of Science and Technology), Yaroslav Kholodov (Innopolis University), Boris Chetverushkin (Institute of Mathematical Modelling RAS, Lomonosov Moscow State University), and Marina Yashina (Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University).
Key topics of the conference:
— Microscopic, mesoscopic, and macroscopic models of traffic flows
— Stochastic approaches and computational methods
— Data analysis in traffic flow modeling
— Optimal transport and the Monge-Kantorovich-Wasserstein problem
— Applications in practical transport logistics.
The conference will host members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, leading researchers from academic institutes, professors, students, PhD candidates, as well as experts from IT companies and transportation organizations.

Following the conference, Springer will publish a special issue of Journal of Mathematical Sciences, Series B, edited by Alexander Gasnikov. Participants are invited to submit full-length articles (in English, 8–30 pages) by June 1, 2025, via the EditFlow platform.
